I'm thinking that Barbara had smudges on her lenses as there has never been anything dirty about Dr. Balce's practice. The fresh instruments are put out just prior to each patient walking in by the assistant, so they are ready for the Doctor to immediately work on you.My family has been going to Dr. Balce for over ten years and she has been excellent in caring for both my adult teeth, as well as those of my children from the time of their first visit through their teens. Her manner is very welcoming and she always explains exactly what she is doing and why and gets your buy in along the way. She is also careful to consider your budget and keep track of the timing of your procedures for maximum insurance coverage. As a previous reviewer noted, with the exception of the X-rays, it is always Dr. Balce who does the work on you. That is rare and refreshing. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Balce has been my dentist for 15+ years and I owe a lot of my good health to the great dental care I have received. I have had a root canal, a veneer, and two crowns! All of the original work is still solid, pain free and looks great. This speaks to the quality of work she does and consummate professional she is. She has a memory of an elephant and knows her patients intimately which only adds another layer of care and why she is so great at her profession. If you are looking for a DDS, look no more.
